Hi! We are Ilaria and Lorenza and since 2021 we have been supporting companies by providing them with multilingual virtual assistance, facilitating their international success.
Our story
If you had to guess, would you say that our 15-year friendship and shared passions played a part in the creation of this agency? The answer is a definite yes! :) 
Together, we studied foreign languages and communications before gaining six years of experience in customer service.
Working with international clients and responding to the constant small challenges that arise due to cultural differences is our bread and butter and our main motivation for founding our agency.
Our mission
To make a career out of our passions! How does that work exactly? It all comes down to our love for languages (five, to be precise!) and genuine desire to grow together with our customers!
